Phat Do’s is owned and operated by LaTicia Scott. She has been a cosmetologist for over 25 years and started L&L Phat Do’s opened in 1998. LaTicia attended and graduated from Longview High and then went on to Dudley’s Cosmetology University in Greensboro, NC. While attending Dudley’s, LaTicia was voted Class President and received numerous recognition for her achievements. These achievements include: Master Hairstylist Master Haircutting Technician Master Weaving Up Do’s and more….. During her extensive training she was able to get a step above the rest by learning from World Famous Master Weaver Amanda Johnson!
